      Very international Great developers Fun company culture Interesting technologies

      Cons

      A bit lower salary than expected Company structure and policies not properly defined (ex. possibility of remote work is there but you have to explicitly ask for it and negotiate)

      Not really something that has taken off since i thought of the idea 20 years ago. Dose not mean that I should not keep trying.

      Pros

      There is a good atmosphere in the company, good people, and a lot of expats.

      Cons

      If they are not able to find a project for you, they push you do some weird thing like writing the tech articles, or start telling that you and not connected with coleages, and at the end will try to push you out by official warnings.
