Pros
Employee benefits such as breakfast and lunch is pretty good with snacks and juices. Also physical activities like running and boxing classes which are good for those who have active lifestyle. Salary is ok but no other benefits except that i.e. bonuses or stock options.
Cons
The company has a lot of turn over especially within the senior management. At my time there at least 4 bosses changed. Either quit or found a better opportunity. The company does not want to retain their employees at all. Recently hired wrong people for the wrong job and more managers than actual people who would do the work. A lot of things that could be done in house is given to agencies which are expensive and they loose a lot of money that way. Some terrible choices made with high budget campaigns and acquisitions as well which put them in terrible financial situation which lead to a lot of talented people loosing their jobs.
