Pros

It's an innovative product that could go somewhere if there was an operations manager and someone besides the CEO that worked with employees.

Cons

As an exec admin you are expected to babysit the CEO at all times and make sure he is on task. You are expected to work over 40 hrs; more like 50+ hrs, many times without a lunch break. I was hired for one job position and promised a lot and never got what I was promised. There is absolutely no job security or training in place. You are pretty much expected to jump in and on the second day know how to do everything and expected to do the right thing without being told. With this company you are expected to cover many positions and work overtime but get paid minimally. The CEO threatens to fire you even on the second day and will continue to threaten your job without knowing the expectations or being trained. No benefits - medical, minimal pto, dental, 401k Very small company, the workload is overwhelming since you are covering many positions. There should be at least 10 people working there and there is only 3 so you are definitely going to pick up the extra work. The CEO is very condescending and will talk down to you constantly and is very demeaning. The CEO lost 5 employees out of 8 in under a week when I worked there. That is proof enough. I was working full time and I was listed as a 1099 employee for 3 weeks to the government.

Pros

Challenging and rewarding. Great people to work with. Excellent learning atmosphere,

Cons

It can be stressful at times. Success depends on a small team and everyone has to follow through, but it is the nature of a start up.

Pros

Free water and some snacks.

Cons

This is a high stress environment. Nearly every employee had conflicts with the CEO. Employees regularly left the office in tears & when I started, it was clear only a handful of employees were kept on for more than a few months. The CEO openly believed in discriminating against almost everyone, & bad mouthed every employee behind their back. Long hours are mandatory. Despite claiming otherwise, unpaid overtime was the norm. High pressure to close deals but passed blame to anyone other than himself when things didn't go his way. Be prepared to lie to your potential clients. The CEO forced certain employees to seek permission to go to the bathroom. Women are treated like slaves in this company culture. The mind games directed at employees by management is a textbook case of interacting with someone with a high level of narcissism and psychopathy.
