Terrible and toxic work environment, intimidation and verbal aggression is the "normal" way of communicating. The company cultural is medieval: interns who come from wealthy families (i.e.: clients) are treated like royalty, while experienced and skilled staff are constantly undermined and there is no career progression. The company keeps going by hiring people from abroad who need a Swiss working permit and have no idea of what a Swiss working environment should look like. Anyone who is capable ultimately leaves or gets fired: no matter how good you are you'll always be a cost to the company and never an asset. Never dare suggesting improvements, you could get fired. Challenging management is a capital sin, although some people at the top never had a real job in their lives and are at the top only by birth right, not because they are good. Poverty-line level salaries and non-existent benefits. IT is completely disfunctional and there is a constant unhealthy antagonism fueled between sales and IT. Stay away from this company and ignore positive reviews, they are all fake.
