Pros
As a salesman you don’t have anyone looking over your back or micromanaging you.
Cons
Poor quality products. No transparency regarding commissions. Some of the administrative staff of Empire are absolutely incompetent. They were bought by Empire and then a large VC. They are trying to squeeze as much out of everything as possible. Zero effort to improve morale. Every year you must work more to make less. Sales people live in fear of their phones on a daily basis because customers calling about jobs blowing up.
