Pros
I worked as a Software Engineer at this company for about six years, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the standout aspects of working here was the opportunity to touch many fields and gain hands-on experience in diverse areas of development. The company’s focus on Power Line Communication (PLC) modems was particularly fascinating. They design these modems entirely from scratch—starting with chip design, then developing the tools and firmware, followed by testing and stabilization, and finally integrating and supporting the product for customers. This end-to-end involvement offered a unique learning experience that I greatly valued. The workplace culture was another highlight for me. It felt more like a family than just a workplace—people were close, supportive, and genuinely cared about each other. This sense of community made it an enjoyable and motivating environment to be part of. If you’re looking for a company where you can grow professionally while being part of a close-knit team, I would definitely recommend it!
Cons
As with any small company, there are limitations compared to what larger companies can offer. While the personal atmosphere and opportunities for growth are fantastic, the benefits and resources may not match those of a huge corporation. However, the supportive environment and diverse learning opportunities more than make up for it in my experience.
