Collaboration and transparency have improved noticeably, and the company feels well-positioned for growth—especially with the upcoming PhysicsAI initiative, which is genuinely exciting to be part of. Things move fast here, and that pace creates a strong sense of progress and opportunity.

There’s still some natural adjustment as the company scales and refines its processes, but overall the direction and execution are solid.
