Crap company - Operator Luminant Employee Review

Once lower level employees move up, they become unreasonable. Corporate does not care about the employees. Management no longer has the guts to stand up for their employees. Racist supervisors within maintenance towards people of color. No one of color will ever be given a chance to move up unless changes are made. It’s easy to learn how people are treated at this place of employment; just go sit in a break room and listen to the comments being made or the words being said
