      Great colleagues Office in Cambridge is very nice Can make quick career progression

      Cons

      Pay / Benefits are poor The technical debt is ingrained in the company Senior leadership are not approachable / decision making is not collaborative A large number of “senior” engineers have only worked here and don’t have enough expertise or experience to make good decisions or drive company culture Huge lack of quality assurance

      Had a great team around me which made it fun to come to work everyday and a great management team that was supportive and reliable when needed.

      young company so a lot of responsibility to take on however gives you a lot of experience and helps you grow faster

      expects you do preform SDR, AE, and AM roles but pays below market Crowded market terrible marketing department weak SDR org, 3 SDR's across ~30 AE lack of tooling, lack of enablement CRM is a mess heavy customer churn little internal promotions
