      Pros

      The pay is good and some good workers to banter with.

      Cons

      Politics within the company. A lot has changed since the new takeover of owners. All the decent foreman left and noe its a shell of its former self. Lost prevailing wages mixed with new hires. I would recommend Lighthouse (same type of work). This place is going to be sold in a few years time anyways.

      -Management (Tim) -Requires 2nd job to be in Denver(not enough $) -They want you to go to there school
