Behind the facade of a company that builds great products, it operates on a system of favoritism, intimidation, sexist remarks and bullying. Departments within the Supply Chain like to operate in silos and tend to display a distrust attitude among teams members. This is very prominent within the Supply Chain Excellence Department making it hard to grow and excel!
