Love my job - Anonymous employee Lumentum Operations Employee Review

I joined Lumentum before the spin-off from JDSU. Throughout it all I have found the work scope and opportunity for growth to be excellent, and as well, the management to be supportive and enabling. The company has all the usual excellent SV high tech benefits, nice employee recognition programs, and a fun team environment. I can honestly say that when I wake up in the morning I look forward to the day, all it brings, and to spending time with my colleagues.
