The people here are awesome — smart, motivated, and genuinely great to work with. There's a strong sense of innovation, and everyone brings their A-game. Lounges and team events are always a good time, and you can tell they're organized by folks who care about making things fun. It’s a supportive environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.
Cons
Career growth can be somewhat unclear. It’s not always clear what the path forward looks like or how to move up. Would love to see more clarity and structure around that.
