Pros
The most inclusive place to work for !! I feel valued as an employee and a colleague . The Senior Management that I have to work with has always been very accommodating and very receptive of you needs and requests . The best part for me is, it is a very non toxic work environment . Which takes precedent over everything else. I also enjoy the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging team that goes out of their way to truly practice what they preach. The subsidized cafeteria food is also a pro.
Cons
fewer public transportation options , makes it difficult when you don't own your own vehicle , especially in the winter and rainy seasons .
