Pros
Good management team with respect to all employees. Work from home occasionally.
Cons
Too many changes in terms of manufacturing and R&D, confusing strategy. Barely no work and life balance due to international meetings with US and Canada. Most of meetings commence either too early (7am) or too late (11pm).
