Pros
We used to have a very smart group of engineers. The company get rid of good experiences workers for cheap labor with new college grad. The good workers either left or got laid-off and go to the competitors.
Cons
It started to get political and promoted only their friends. If we are not part of the upper management favorites, then no matter how hard we work, we will always be at the bottoms.
