      Work–life balance is poor, and compensation is below market with little to no raises over an extended period. Management is ineffective and condescending, prioritizing control over supporting and developing teams. Office politics dominate daily work. The organization values tracking attendance over meaningful output, and capable engineers receive little recognition for their efforts.
