      The company seems to pay well, and there can be a great deal of collegiality among staff and an eagerness to help.

      Cons

      Upper management consists of personal friends, so there is no accountability if you report up to the wrong person on the leadership team. Your experience will greatly depend on where in the organization you sit. The culture can feel old school, wild west, and chaotic.

      Great work like balance. Nice office in Dallas.Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Lower salary compared to market. Some managers are micro managers. They use a system to track what youre doing. Work load can be high and when you don’t meet expectations, that will put you on a PIP.
