Reality, the annual "reviews" based on anything other than performance or actual work done. Lumenpulse and innovation are not synonymous. Don't expect to be woo'd once you're hired, and in the thick of it. Perception is everything; leave your competence at the door. Yes the offices look great, but from top down management often feels like the equivalent of the CTO stomping on a light to get it to work. Fall into line, know your place, and try not to have too many "out loud" ideas and you'll do just fine.
