Pros
I've been at LumenAd for a couple of months. This is my first time working for a tech company, much less a successful start up. With good news being thrown out left and right, it's an exciting and positive place. My team is closely knit and I trust them with work and non-work related concerns. They hear those concerns and work with me to ensure everyone's success. It's a nice change of pace to be heard and valued as an employee. Not to mention being proud of the accomplishments our teams make here.
Cons
It can be hard to feel comfortable at a new tech company where everyone loves what they do. I think sometimes we forget that each of us has our own lives and to put in equal work with the little things around the office, no matter our position. Sometimes it can be hard to pull people out of their computers.
