Only good thing about the company is that they have knowledgeable, experienced and sensible employees in india. But management in india doesn't have any power with them.
Cons
They have only 2 employees in USA. but pretend that they have a team of 300 people. The owner (CEO) screens every resume before submitting to the client, he asks for video interview and interviews each and every candidate before he submits to the client. He thinks he is a champion and has knowledge of every requirement/skills. He is so ashamed of the company that he can't even show LUMEN SOLUTIONS, his own company name in his linkedin profile. And the VP, she is so dumb and as slow as a snail. Both treat employees like slaves, if you join this company you can't expect personal time. Everyday you have to wait atleast 1 hour after office hours. The CEO can call you even on weekends or after office hours. He never trusts any employee. They've not given any power to the MANAGERs that are working in India, be it Recruitment Managers or HR Managers. Owner Spys on you every time, if you are on phone or LinkedIn or talking to fellow colleagues. He will notice and take action. Company never gives increments, so do negotiate before joining. You will not find any employee working with this company for more than 1 year. Worst company to work with I REQUEST EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE AND FIND GOOD OPPORTUNITY ASAP. THEY DON'T DESERVE YOU.
