      Pros

      The team I work with is fantastic and everyone I interact with outside of my team seems to be as well. Everyone is highly invested in the company and its future. The company is also radically simplifying and modernizing internal systems and building significant improvements into inter-team communication and visibility. Lumen is in the news a lot for growth and new business but internally things are changing for the better as well.

      Cons

      None, honestly. It's a great place to work.

      Pros

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
