Pros
The local culture of getting things done. Leading a team that was lean and growing them to be excellent leaders.
Cons
The DEI push on even people of color to convince us that we were underrated/impoverished from succeeding. Directed on going through the Mentors of Color program would help with growth. Even as a person of color wasn't enough because being a male and conservative automatically "excluded" my thoughts or views- no matter how objective they were. I would not be surprised if this caused my career to have a negative annotation in my file.
