Over the past few years leadership has performed in ways which show a genuine concern for the employees wellbeing and happiness. For instance, their response to the Covid pandemic was an overabundance of caution to ensure the employee's safety. After the pandemic, the company has embraced work from home.
Cons
The company is losing quality employees faster than they can or will replace them, forcing the remaining employees to constantly be asked to do more with less. Pay is well below industry standards and raises are practically non-existent (you can expect 3% cost of living increase every FEW years if you're lucky).
