      Pros

      Started as work from home and went hybrid but still let me work from home most of the week. Great benefits, lots of independence, great team.

      Cons

      Company is actually several smaller purchased companies in disguise. Lumen (formerly Centurylink) purchased several companies (Qwest, Level3, and GlobalCrossing to name a few) and instead of shifting to a new system for organization of data, they've build rudimentary "bridges" between the various systems utilized by the old companies to try and make it all work the same. Lots of issues arose from these bridges, and it's difficult to explain to an external customer that the chaos of our internal organization was occasionally the cause of their issues and delays.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
