Pros
Cloud, undoubtedly one of the best IaaS providers globally, massively invested in Cloud. Exceptional CTO and some good direction. Everyone that arrives cannot believe the capability but quickly realize major challenges working internally. Good pension contribution, very good idea company credit card for expenses, always very prompt reimbursement of personal expenses.
Cons
In the past 4 years not one new sales person has been paid the commission their are due (not even close). If you don't believe ask someone who has worked there. Quoting big OTB's but 50% realistic. 70% ++ staff turnover, attitude now is not to try resolve the issues with the business model, but flood with sales people, some will work many won't.
