      Pros

      Pay, honestly that's about it.

      Cons

      There are so many things wrong with this company. Training is basically non-existent. Management has adopted a "rule through fear and discipline" style. The employee union (CWA) collects dues but has adopted a hands off policy which allows management free reign. Dysfunctional barely describes the work environment at Lumen. It is my highest recommendation that you look elsewhere for employment.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
