An HR culture (promoted by the CHRO) of backstabbing, gossiping, lack of accountability, and finger pointing. Unhealthy competition, not for being the best, but rather for tearing down others.
Unless you are willing to play into the toxic environment, you will be expendable regardless of your work product.
Sharing concerns to the wrong leaders, including corporate council and business integrity dept, will lead to you having a target on your back.
HR would never allow this behavior in the other areas of the company but enjoy it within the HR Dept.
