Pros
Not much work pressure except sometimes..but late night callls..office timing itself is 10.30-7.30.. In US day light saving days have to stay till 9.30 on the days of call -even women.Not nice hike . so much politics atleast in my team.no career growth atleast for 3 years. work life balance is good.
Cons
compensation is very bad and promotions are too too worse. distribution of work is not well planned.Good thing is no bench concept but in turn given a bad kind of work..repetitive.
