TOO Much Overtime with no regard to dispatch areas overlapping of service areas by multiple Employees can make lots of income for doing not much!
Cons
Continually requesting more and more work without hiring permanent Employees very little training and no defined procedures. DO NOT follow guiding PRINCIPLES only guide lines locally. Family LAST. Management MBO's do not exist all quota's are designed to show people failing.
