      - Knows how to manage to bottom line - Conservative and therefore somewhat stable

      Cons

      - No innovation - Too risk adverse to survive - Completely dependent on older generation of subscriber base who just haven't cancelled their home phone for whatever reason. - Outsourced technology - Doesn't get how to be successful in the digital age

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
