      Pros

      They have great ambitions and outlok

      Cons

      THey have a very difficult time exicuting well. When escalated and if you are important engough to them you will get your problems resolved but it take a lot of intermal management buy in towonder if this is a career ending escalation when they need to go higher. This causes problems to take way too long to resolve. Executive Managment is not respected but rather feared making them not as approcahable as they maybe should be.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
