Pros
Good systems in place to support sales/service personnel. Decent benefit package.
Cons
Eliminated many talented Qwest management in favor of the Monroe LA based click. Very centralized control. Executive level sales do not want to be bothered by their customers, spending no time in the field. Leadership is focused on how the company looks on the spreadsheet, minimal person-to-person communication from leadership. The qualifications needed to get paid for sales attainment continue to shift, making it difficult for good sales staff to reach max payouts.
