      Good work/life balance; great colleagues

      If you enjoy going to work not knowing from week to week whether you'll be employed, then come work for CTL. I have never seen a company that is run as badly as CTL. There isn't enough space here to write everything I would like to say.... only to advise "Keep looking elsewhere". No training offered or provided (other than YouTube videos), no career advancement, no pay rise (not even COLA) in over 2 years. They post their core values, plastered across everyone's PC, but that just it.... wallpaper!

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
