      There are a few good people that have not left due to VPs poor management skills (bullying, tantrums, disorganization, bad judge of character)

      Cons

      An intelligent good group of people foresaken by senior management. VP has been with company for decades - mgmnt and HR aware of abuse but dont care. All they care about is the bottom line. People are miserable and scared

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
