CenturyLink upper management did not comprehend the fact that wages in Monroe LA did not correspond to the needed wages required by those working in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA. Chopping wages by 20%, cutting vacation time earned by 1 week, then increasing the medical insurance premiums leaves employees with some very tough decisions
