      Pros

      1. Relaxed Life -free coffee. Managers get glass cabins. 2. Used to have good bonus close to "100% of (10% of c2c)" average. It is reduced. 3. More stable business and captive of MNC.

      Cons

      1. Not an environment if you are looking for a challenging role, new technology etc. 2. Bonus is now reduced significantly to 70% of (10% of c2c) and no hikes were given this year. 3. Travels to US used to be good in Qwest days. Reduced significantly. 4. Layoffs late last year and happened recently in the US after level 3 merger where good folks who came from earlier mergers were asked to go..

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
