      Pros

      Decent salary & great benefits. Annual company-wide incentive bonus, even if you're not on sales/commission. Nice working environment & people. Flexible, work remote opportunities.

      Cons

      Hiring process took weeks, each step of the way. HR dept is completely inept & support staff (all levels) was kept in the dark after each reorg wondering if we'd have a job. Yearly merit increases were a joke, real incentive came from the yearly bonus.

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
