Pros
Coworkers and supervisors mean well and try hard. If you can get the ear of upper level management they do seem willing to listen and do something to make a positive change.
Cons
Managers (above supervisor) and their managers have been caught in untruths numerous times. Either someone is not telling them the truth or they don't want to hear it.
