      Pros

      They offer an ever increasing possibility for expanding my areas of expertise while optimizing on my current experience levels. They allow me the flexibility to manage work flow as I deem fit. I am included in team meetings where my department's input is critical.

      Cons

      When projects are implemented, I don't feel that timelines are fully evaluated and some processes are implemented before they are ready to be rolled out.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
