      Pros

      The company has good benefits. Its leaders are smart and rooted in the unifying principles. Through M&A the company has grown to a have a large presence in the market.

      Cons

      The leadership in the sales organization seems to be in a constant state of flux. The organization could really benefit from a consistent course of action. Also there are way too many systems to work with.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
