      Pros

      Great pay. Excellent benefits. Nice co-workers and management. Uncapped commissions. Flex-time is great when you need to take time off you can make it up sometime else in the week.

      Cons

      CONSTANT CHANGE! Products' pricing, commissions, quotas, rules®ulations,etc changed AT LEAST once a month. You've got to be comfortable with change and have the ability to keep up with it. The change in the products and princing can be confusing for the salesperson and the customer.

      The people are friendly and helpful, the work is engaging, deadlines are flexible, collaboration is smooth

      Cons

      Moves slow at times, contractors are unreliable, projects can be delayed or outright scrapped after being worked on

      Pros

      work life balance, excellent time off so long as manager doesn’t micromanage/track and limit FTO, nice people, leadership has turned the business around.

      Cons

      No pay raises even with great performance review (5years with zero raise) No career growth/progression - been on a high-performing team for 5 years and not one person on the team has been progressed or promoted during that time. Little opportunity for career advancement and growth New jobs within the company are going to external hires, not much grwoth for current employees
