      Pros

      Benefits are good and company tries year after year to try different things to bring in new talent. Wellness benefits are a real plus.

      Cons

      Employees are not empowered. Leadership does not trust employees or provide opportunities to shine. Employees are not encouraged to identify challenges - you are perceived as a non-team player.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
