      Lumen has very good work life balance Compared to other organization Lumen has lot of automation projects which is the best way to enhance automation skills as a QA Engineer Decent hikes can be expected now a days earlier it was much better than last few years

      Cons

      Concentrating more on AI innovation which is better but should keep up the existing tools and frameworks expertise to bring more efforts

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
