Good benefits. Most managers are pleasant to work with. Most regional managers are clueless. They work the employees to much with little time off.
Cons
They treat their employees like a number and not a person. its all about the profits. Upper management could care less about family issues. They like to cut pay, for salaries employees, and try to justify it.
