      Great open-minded staff caring for seniors.

      Cons

      Management is too political. They hardly support you if they do not know you or you do not come from them during the hiring process. The Directors need to understand people management and show respect for competence not promoting sycophancy

      Gain experience at the beginning of your career.

      Cons

      Very toxic workplace. They have the no gossip policy, but it doesn't affect the management. I survived 10 months of employment at this company and 2 months was on stress leave. During my 2 months stress leave, there was another worker on stress leave as well. That particular "manager" is not with the company anymore, however the upper management knew about it and did nothing. The pay is minimal.
