      Great culture, CEO is wonderful and easy to approach, good benefits, perfect work/life balance, everything is very hands on and collaborative

      Cons

      Fashion is a difficult place to be for any company right now, sometimes internal communication is slow in certain areas, DTLA is awful, some areas of the company are a bit short-staffed so some people are overworked at the moment
