Working at Lulu has been one of the most extremely rewarding professional experiences of my career. From day one, I felt that I was part of the team and still feel this way years later. Even with the passing of time, I continue to feel like a valued part of the team. The company fosters a culture of community, innovation, collaboration, and genuine care for its employees. Additionally we continue to value DEI&B initiatives. I have found Leadership to be incredibly invested in our future and approachable / supportive. It's clear that they genuinely care about our people and professional growth. What truly sets Lulu apart is the people. I find that our teams are some of the most talented, smart, passionate, and kind individuals I’ve ever worked with. There's a strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect that makes every interaction feel like a shared success. The work-life balance is excellent, and the benefits package is competitive, with thoughtful perks that go beyond the standard offerings. The company is also deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion—it's not just a checkbox, but something they live and breathe every day. On top of all of this, I enjoy my work and feel challenged every day. If you're looking for a company where you can do meaningful work, grow your career, and be part of a truly special team. No cons really. Lulu does their best to provide equitable salaries, great benefits, and a professional work environment. The only thing I can think of is that generally speaking, we are a lean company. Bring your "A game" as we are a small but mighty and Lulu really likes to see your best efforts as far as performance goes.

Working at Lulu.com, I encountered troubling practices regarding customer feedback and the management of the company's online reputation. Specifically, I was directed to write fake positive reviews on Trustpilot using abandoned or dormant customer accounts.
