      Nothing, there are no pros, you can not make money if you over saturate a market and have poor quality

      Pros

      Owning my own time. I work as much or little as I need to earn what I want to live on. I've made friends, experienced personal development and grown in customer service skills.

      Cons

      It's simple but not easy. Working when no one is telling you to do so takes determination and grit. It can be exhausting mentally.
