Expectations reasonable and clearly communicated Busy so time flies No micro-management - once you can do the job, you are trusted to "just get on with it" and to pick up new work (eg housekeeping) as required. Small amounts of normal human error are tolerated without punishment - a few "kick up the behind" comments from co-workers Really lovely inclusive team - nice banter but everyone welcomed Hours are daytime Mon-Fri with early finish on Fridays

Work is seasonal and warehouse staff are employed via agency, so can be laid off at any time Otherwise none really - if you work hard and keep the (2025) warehouse manager informed of any issues, you're trusted to get on with the job
